This Privacy Policy applies to the Jaewoo Team App (hereafter referred to as the "Application"), developed
by Jaewoo Machines Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and offered as a Free service.
The Application is intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it, including:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Pages you visit within the Application, along with time, date, and duration
- The total time spent on the Application
- The operating system and version of your mobile device

To enable essential features, the Application may collect your precise or approximate location, including while
running in the background, only under the following conditions:
1. User-Initiated Consent: Location tracking begins only after you voluntarily press the "Check-In" button
inside the app.
2. Real-Time Field Tracking: Your location is used for attendance marking, tracking employee movement,
and generating accurate service visit reports.
3. Background Tracking Disclosure: After Check-In, the Application continues to track your location even
when the app is not actively in use, and a persistent notification informs you that background tracking is
active.
4. Auto Stop on Check-Out: Location tracking stops automatically when you press the "Check-Out" button,
and the background service is terminated immediately.
5. User Control: You can disable location permissions anytime from your device settings.

Jaewoo Team App collects location data to mark attendance, track field movement, and ensure accurate

reporting - even when the app is closed or not in use. This occurs only after the user performs Check-In and
stops automatically at Check-Out. You can stop location access at any time from your device settings.

Google Play Compliance
The Application complies fully with Google Play's background location policy. It requests location access only
when required and never uses location data for unauthorized purposes. All permissions are requested using
clear, prominent in-app disclosures before enabling background tracking.

Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party tools or SDKs, including:
- Google Play Services
These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
- As required by law (e.g., in response to a subpoena or legal process)
- To investigate fraud, protect rights, or ensure safety
